Techniques and Finishes

Pad Printing

Industrial pad printing is a high-precision printing system used for marking and customizing parts and products. Our pad printing process allows us to apply logos, text, symbols, or graphic designs to flat and curved surfaces with high definition in 4 colors.

At Industrias Tak, we specialize in organic finishes; we give plastic, aluminum, metal, or glass an organic appearance while maintaining the material’s technical properties for the purpose intended by the manufacturer.

Our special technique allows us to decorate large parts, including profiles up to 150 cm.

Airbrushing

Airbrushing is a paint application technique that uses a spray to create an infinite variety of decorative finishes. This painting method allows us to address any irregularities in the piece. It is the part of the decorating process that determines the color, shade, gloss, protection, and texture of the finish..

At Industrias Tak, we offer our customers an infinite range of colors, as they are formulated right here at our facilities.

Flocking

Flocking is an electrostatic surface coating process. Textile fibers are applied to a layer of adhesive in such a way that all the tiny fibers are oriented perpendicular to the surface. This creates an elegant, velvety finish on all types of surfaces.

It is used not only for decorative finishes but also for functional ones, as it offers anti-slip, protective, and thermal and acoustic insulation properties.

At Industrias Tak, we offer a wide range of custom colors and can develop a new color upon customer request.

Hight-Vacuum Metallization

High-vacuum metallization is a coating process that deposits a thin layer of aluminum onto parts to achieve high-quality metallic finishes.

This technology enables the creation of uniform, glossy, and durable metallic effects on materials such as plastic, glass, or metal, enhancing both the aesthetic appearance and the surface protection.

By combining this technique with pad printing or airbrushing, we can achieve exclusive finishes rich in contrast and with a premium look.

Screen Printing with Flock

Screen printing, like pad printing, is a printing technique. The difference lies in the technique and its applications, since in this case, the ink or adhesive is transferred through a mesh stretched over a frame, allowing the product to pass only through a defined area with the desired shape.

At Industrias Tak, we offer this service with the added option of subsequent flocking, resulting in a defined area with a flock finish. Applications range from printing logos or text to animal motifs, also known as animal print.
